Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at our site in Crimple Meadows, Pannal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and practices, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring perimeter security and preventing unauthorized access
- Conduct thorough security checks of visitors, employees, and vehicles
- Operate and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control, and intruder alarms
- Respond promptly to security incidents and take appropriate action
- Escort visitors and employees as required
- Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
- Adhere to all company security policies and procedures
- Assist with emergency preparedness and evacuation plans
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently
Qualifications
- SIA license required
- Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to observe and report accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness sufficient to perform required duties
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards these)
