Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Portsmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, including gates, doors, and other entry points
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and effective manner
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Conduct routine checks of security equipment and systems
• Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to management
• Maintain accurate records and logs of all security-related incidents
• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services
• Provide general assistance to employees and visitors as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently
• Valid SIA license (Security Industry Authority)
• Experience with CCTV and alarm systems is preferred
